Classical music is always relevant, and this year there are several concerts where classical music is presented in both old and new interpretations. On March 17th of this year, a concert will take place at the Vidzeme Concert Hall 'Cesis', featuring the music of the outstanding Austrian composer Franz Schubert: the song cycle 'Winter Journey' and the Piano Quintet in A major ('Trout'). This piano quintet will be performed by the renowned Latvian pianist Andrejs Osokins and the ensemble interpretation by the Kremerata Baltica quartet. The string quartet consists of Madara Pētersone (violin), Jevgēnija Frolova (viola), Iurii Gavryliuk (bass), and Magdalēna Ceple (cello).
