Numerous events are taking place in honor of Lāčplēsis Day. Cenas and Ozolnieki Parish also invite both locals and visitors to participate in commemorative events:
At the Skuju School racetrack:
- 15:00 Candle lighting at the Monument of Freedom Fighters
At the Ozolnieki Community Center:
- 18:00 Concert by the Ozolnieki Music School, "Together for Latvia"
- 19:00 Film screening "Land that Sings!" (director Māris Martinsons)
Free admission.
