Country Bauska

After a break of several years, the "Country Music Festival" is returning to Bauska, taking place on July 5th and 6th at the Pilskalns Open-Air Stage. On the festival stage, Latvia's country music stars—Klaidonis, Sestā Jūdze, Zelta Kniede, Apvedceļš, Aivars Birzmalis, and others—will perform. Guest artists from Lithuania are also expected.

The festival organizers invite country music enthusiasts to gather once again and experience music, dance, and a warm atmosphere over the course of two days. "Visitors of the Bauska Country Music Festival are like a big family, and it's time to reunite. We want to meet old friends, dance, and enjoy ourselves," says organizer Mārtiņš Ruža.

During the festival, a variety of entertainment options will be offered to ensure everyone—both adults and children—can have a great time. In addition to the main stage, there will be an open mic corner in the event's dining area where any musician can perform and delight the audience.

Marking the festival's return, a special Bauska Country Festival book is planned for release, compiling the most vivid memories and significant moments in the festival's history. Visitors are invited to share their stories and photographs to create a lasting historical record for future generations.
