Songs of Love

September brings new beautiful events, and one of them will take place on September 4th at 6:00 PM, at the Rezekne National Society Cultural Center, where, opening the new creative season, Mikhail Chekhov Riga Russian Theater actor Nikita Osipov will present the concert “Songs of Love” for your attention. The artist himself describes this event as follows: “This concert is a tribute to all women: mothers, grandmothers, girls. I wish to offer love songs – world hits, English, Russian, Ukrainian, Latvian musical compositions – and express my admiration for our beautiful, seemingly frail yet truly strong gender.” 

“In theater school, I had a very good vocal instructor. He taught me to sing and I realized I wanted to develop my musical abilities. I personally enjoy songs from the last century, especially the soulful songs of the 60s, 70s, and 80s, and I am delighted to see that they resonate with the audience,” emphasizes the actor. “In these challenging times, people lack kindness and sincerity, and we strive to fill this gap for our listeners in our concerts,” adds Nikita Osipov.
