Excursion 2k24

On June 1st at 16:00, Jelgava Cultural Center will host Jelgava's pop rock musical show 'Excursion 2k24,' a musical story about an excursion of a Jelgava school history club, during which students have the opportunity to travel through time. The club members are immersed in the world of digital codes and artificial intelligence, where they can experience some of Jelgava's most vibrant events from the past - the courts of Courland and Semigallia duchies, the first hot air balloon lift-off celebration, the founding day of the first university, and other significant events for our city. Due to a glitch in modern technology and artificial intelligence integration, the youth find themselves trapped in a virtual world where the laws of real-time do not apply. Will the youth escape the web of the virtual world?! The answer lies in human values, and the return to reality depends on the youth's choices between humanity, values, and the illusions created by artificial intelligence.
