Festival KOPUMS and MAD Liepāja

This summer in Liepāja, on the 16th and 17th of August, the most significant youth event of the year will take place – the festival “Kopums” and “Mad Liepāja”, where young people, youth workers, organizations, and other interested parties are invited to come together to break stereotypes – highlighting the important role of youth in society and promoting discussions on issues crucial for youth development.

Throughout the two days, festival attendees will have the opportunity to explore offerings from various organizations, municipal and state institutions, participate in workshops, discussions, creative activities, attend extreme sports and football competitions, street workout shows, participate in the team sport game “Pārnesums”, and engage in challenges and street culture activities. Meanwhile, young artists and creative individuals will have the chance to present themselves on stage by participating in the “Open stage” and talent forge.
