On August 28 at 8:00 PM, the Dzintari Concert Hall will host a spectacular show “Flying to Sanremo” featuring the best and most legendary Italian songs performed by Italian singers and a live orchestra! The concert will feature popular Italian singers Francesco Filizzola, Monica Harem, JJ Vianello, and Manuela Prioli, along with the Mediterranean “sunny” orchestra “VERI Italiani”, offering popular music enthusiasts their take on the main and all-time favorite hits of the legendary Sanremo festival.

In this unforgettable evening, you will hear songs like “Non Voglia mica la luna”, “Fatti Miei”, and “Sognando”, as well as new versions of “L’italiano” and “Volare”. The audience will also enjoy hits such as “Azzurro”, “Felicità”, “Il Ragazzo della via Gluck”, “Ci Sarà”, “Come Vorrei”, and many other beloved compositions.

The show “Flying to Sanremo”, with the true charm of “La Dolce Vita”, will allow you to enjoy the original 80s festival atmosphere with beloved songs, good mood, glamour, and a magical soundtrack!” promise the event organizers.

Francesco Filizzola has performed at the most prestigious venues worldwide — from the United Kingdom and Europe to the USA and Asia; he has delighted audiences at parties for The Rolling Stones, King Charles III of England (then Prince Charles of Wales), Prince Harry, Queen Sofia of Spain, former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson, Johnny Depp, Gordon Ramsay, and many other celebrities.

Monica Harem produced her first record in 2001 under the “Columbia (Sony)” label. She has also worked as a vocal coach and artistic director for Italian TV channel “Rai” television projects, and a few years later, together with the company “D&D Diamonds”, she created her traveling show “Extravagant”, inspired by the world-famous Canadian circus company “Cirque du Soleil” and television entertainment shows. For twelve years, Monica has been the official “Papeete Compilation”, and throughout her 25-year career, she has performed worldwide.

The Italian extravagant baritone-tenor JJ Vianello stands out with a charismatic voice and unique style. He has recorded several of his own albums and singles. His voice is a true example of “vintage” style, and his incomparable and elegant style is particularly striking. Listeners refer to JJ Vianello as a true front-stage artist who can captivate both on the dance floor and, figuratively speaking, “offer a ticket” to a journey back to the 80s.

Manuela Evelyn Prioli has been singing since early childhood, initially learning piano under Maestro Carlo Pari and later guitar under Marco di Meo, before focusing on singing studies at the conservatory. She has enhanced her knowledge through various seminars with significant Italian and international vocalists and musicians, as well as earned a master's degree in vocal technique teaching and completed a choir conducting course at the Anna Galterio Cesena Conservatory. Manuela is considered one of the most promising and talented new voices in the music world.

The musical direction of the concert is entrusted to the orchestra “VERI ITALIANI”, described as “an amazingly fun ensemble and orchestra composed of musicians with a large Italian heart”. Among the musicians, saxophonist and flautist Davide di Gregorio stands out, having performed at the Sanremo festival and being a long-time leading musician in the world-renowned Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli's team. He has also played with superstars such as Arianna, Antonella Ruggiero, and others. Meanwhile, the orchestra's rhythm section is overseen by the very popular “Bass Your Life” creator Luca Angelici, who graduated from the “Saint Louis College of Music” in Rome.

“Join us at the show to sing along and enjoy an unforgettable evening!” invite the event organizers.
