On August 22, Pegaza Pagalms will be filled with powerful rhythms, jazz improvisation, and a funky atmosphere! Taking the stage will be one of the most vibrant music groups – FunCOOLio.
Since 2011, this band has amazed audiences with their original sound, where elements of jazz, funk, and rock meet, creating a unique style – Baltic Fusion. They play complex yet enjoyable music that attracts both the refined jazz enthusiast and the listener who simply wants to feel the rhythm and freedom.
FunCOOLio has performed throughout the Baltics and elsewhere in Europe, regularly participating in jazz/funk festivals, which attests to their stage experience and international recognition.
The band's second album “VOL.2” was included in the prestigious Europe Jazz Media Chart, while their latest project “Ruslan Px and FunCOOLio play Bossa Nova” surprises with a bold experiment, where bossa nova merges with Baltic melodicism and even the sounds of the balalaika!
