Gourmet Festival “Ride the Stag 2025” – a true delight for all the senses!
On September 6th from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM, join a fiery event where exquisite flavors, live fire, smoke, and music will meet!
The program includes 4 exciting master classes:
• Secrets of precise shooting with three-time European championship medalist Einārs Lapiņš;
• Gentlemen will learn professional stag butchery - with hunter and founder of SIA Savvaļas Medījumi, Jānis Kurpics;
• Ladies will have the opportunity to embark on a sensory journey into the world of fragrances - with Krista;
• The art of steak preparation and a four-course meal – with flavor virtuoso Tomas Godiņš and the restaurant's head chef Dāvis Balodis.
The festival concludes with live music at a concert of two legends - Zigfrīds Muktupāvels and Juris Kaukulis (Dzelzs Vilks)!
