Family Health Day

The Ludza Municipality, in collaboration with SIA “OnPlate Events”, invites families and everyone interested to enjoy a healthy, active, and joyful gathering on August 30th of this year, marking the end of summer and preparing for the new school year.

Location: “Radziņš” Beach, Peldu Street 21 (in case of unfavorable weather conditions, the event location may be changed)

Time: from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM

You can expect:

• various physical activity stations to enhance flexibility and movement skills;
• informative healthy eating stations to enrich knowledge about a balanced diet;
• body composition analysis with bioimpedance scales and nutritionist consultations;
• preparation and tasting of delicious and healthy snacks;
• exciting large-format games for the whole family.

“Family Health Day” is a great opportunity to end the summer in an active and educational atmosphere, combining the joy of movement, new knowledge, and family togetherness. The event will provide practical tips for a healthy lifestyle and motivate you with energy to start your autumn tasks and school activities.
