Choose Piebalga!

On August 9, we will meet in Jaunpiebalga to celebrate the twentieth anniversary of the exhibition - fair "Choose Piebalga!" All day long - concerts, exhibitions, activities for children and youth, a tour along the winding roads of Piebalga, the talk show "Piebalga's Thinker" with Katrīna Dimanta's concert program, a gala feast, and of course, the grand market of craftsmen and home producers. At 5:00 PM at the Jaunpiebalga St. Thomas Evangelical Lutheran Church - a concert dedicated to the 150th anniversary of Emīls Dārziņš titled "Shine Like a Star". Featuring the Riga Chamber Choir Ave Sol, the Vidzeme Chamber Orchestra, soprano Agate Grīnhofa, tenor Mārtiņš Zvīgulis. Artistic director and conductor Andris Veismanis.
