Jūrmala Festival. Born in Latvia
On July 16, as part of the festival, the concert ‘‘Born in Latvia’’ will take place, which has already become a tradition of the Jūrmala Festival. The concert will bring together musicians of different generations on the same stage, Latvian-born music stars – including young talents, the most notable artists of the Latvian concert scene, and Latvian musicians with international fame, whose performances in their homeland are always eagerly anticipated events. Among the artists will be tenor Aleksandrs Antoņenko, mezzo-soprano Zanda Švēde, accordionist Ksenija Sidorova, as well as young Latvian musicians.
