Concert in Rugāji 2024

On May 4, Latvia will not lack celebrations, and in Rugāji, there will be plenty to see and hear. At 8:00 p.m., a concert 'Oh, Latgale, my dear soul' will take place at the Rugāji Community Center. Jānis Francisks Kurševs will perform with a song program about Latgale.

This year, there is much to celebrate, and at the concert, we will be able to celebrate the 34th anniversary of the Restoration of Independence of the Republic of Latvia, the 20 years we have spent together with the European Union, and also commemorate the 120th anniversary of the opera singer and teacher from Rugāji, Tālis Matīss.
