Concert Performance "A Little About Love"

This concert performance is designed to tell a wonderful story that touches each of us. This is a story about our values, self-respect, self-confidence, and bright hopes for the beautiful future of our children.

In this concert performance “A Little About Love,” specially selected compositions will be featured, which have provided strength and hope at various pivotal moments in our nation's destiny. The performance will include poetry lines from Māra Zālīte, Jānis Peters, Māris Čaklais, Imants Ziedonis, and other great Latvian poets, which, in a unified compilation and emotional spectrum, will help in searching for the code that strengthens us all and will never allow us to bow our heads before an opponent. As Imants Ziedonis once said: “Latvia is a wonderfully beautiful country, but beauty needs help to be revealed.”
