In the courtyard of the Bauska Culture Center, at Kalna Street 18, the beloved event space “Pulsēta” reopens its gates to delight culture enthusiasts during warm summer evenings for two weeks. On July 27 at 8:00 PM, Kristīne Pāže and Miķelis Putniņš will perform the most beautiful songs of Imants Kalniņš together with the courtyard guests.
Kristīne Pāže is one of the most prominent Latvian pop music singers and songwriters of her generation. As the voice of the band “Kautkaili,” she combines fragility with strength, creating a deeply personal and emotionally resonant experience for her listeners. Miķelis Putniņš is a musician and composer who constantly seeks new creative challenges. His unique blend of artistry and mastery has fostered collaborations with a wide range of creative personalities. Miķelis has also performed as a soloist in numerous local productions, notably starring in director Viktors Runtulis's concert performance “Cabaret,” where he has been the lead singer for five consecutive years.
Entry to the courtyard is one hour before the concert begins.
We recommend purchasing tickets for courtyard events in advance, as the number of tickets is limited. Admission is free for preschool children who do not occupy an additional seat.
The Bauska Culture Center box office hours are weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The ticket office is closed on Sundays. Tickets available at the Bauska Culture Center box office can also be purchased one hour before each “Pulsēta” event. Come with friends and family to experience unforgettable moments and pleasant emotions!
Event attendees may be photographed and/or filmed. Photographs and audiovisual content may be featured in the press, on social media, and in other promotional materials of the “Pulsēta” courtyard and the Bauska Culture Center in the future.
