Laidze Parish Festival 2025

We invite everyone to the warm-hearted and joyful Laidze Parish Festival! This year, we celebrate with the theme “Bringing Treasures to Light” – highlighting what unites, inspires, and makes us special.

Throughout the day, there will be opportunities to participate in various activities – sporting challenges with footballers from Brazil promise lots of joy and energy! There will also be creative workshops where you can craft your own kite and fly it in the sky, as well as experience wonders in the scientific experiment workshops.

We will greet and reward our youngest residents from the PII Papardīte kindergarten.

Meanwhile, on stage (at the Laidze basketball court) – Laidze amateur groups will perform songs and dances, and a special event will feature a fashion show by the Red Cross Day Center with homemade outfits – beautiful, genuine, and heartfelt!

As the sun slowly sets, the audience will be delighted by the Vandzene Amateur Theatre's “Vanguss” comedic play “Witchy Midsummer” at the Ziedgravas open-air stage, and the evening will conclude with a dance on the main stage featuring “The Merry Blumīzers”.
Entry fee for the evening dance – only 5 euros.
