Easter in Jēkabpils Municipality 2025

Every year in Jēkabpils Municipality, you can enjoy a rich Easter program, and this year will be no exception. Families with children are welcome, with various activities, traditions, songs and sing-alongs, games, and plays. There's also the opportunity to attend holiday balls.

April 10th, 1:00 PM Concert “How Can You Forget…”. A story about A. Vintera's life and work, adorned with romantic and beloved songs. The concert will be performed by the musical ensemble “Karikstes muzikanti” and storyteller and singer Reinholds Sprukulis.

Pre-holiday creative workshop “Now Comes the Great Day”. Work materials will be provided.

April 10th, 11:00 AM Great Day in Sala with the folklore group “Kamieši”. Depending on the weather, the event will take place by the community hall or inside the community hall.
