Great Market Festival in Jēkabpils

On June 15th in Jēkabpils, at Krustpils Open-Air Stage from 9:00 in the morning until 20:00 in the evening, Latvia's farmers, craftsmen, and home producers will celebrate the GREAT MARKET FESTIVAL.

From 12:00 to 18:00, visitors will be entertained by a day's entertainment program led by singing actors - Gundars Silakaktiņš and Aldis Siliņš.

 There will be contests, attractions, gifts, and surprises for both young and old! We will sing and dance, buy and sell, eat and drink on the big market stage - celebrating the festival! Entertainment for children, good music, and a fantastic atmosphere throughout the day!

But from 18:00 to 20:00, as the culmination of the Market Festival, the band Hameleoni will have a 25th-anniversary standing concert/dance.

 One of the most popular pop music bands of the 90s, HAMELEONI, continues to celebrate their 25th anniversary this year! To delight their listeners and music enthusiasts, the band Hameleoni is releasing a new album and inviting everyone to the anniversary concert!

Ēriks Budēvics and Andris Veinbergs, together with accompanying musicians, have prepared a special anniversary program.

 Come and enjoy the most romantic summer evening for all generations with Hameleon's latest songs and greatest hits! In the special standing concert, we will reminisce about the best moments in beloved Hameleon melodies like “Atsaucies”, “Nakts”, “Pērles & Dimanti”, “Lai Izdodas Tev”, “Vēlreiz”, “Cik Labi”, and many others!

 The concert will also feature the band's newest album “Dāvana”, including songs recorded over the past 12 years as well as brand new pieces.
