Lielupe Riverside Festival 2024

Summer is not over yet, and various events continue to gather us,each more interesting and diverse than the last. If you are considering where to gowith friends and family, in Kalnciems, on the banks of the Lielupe River, there are various activitiesawaiting both adults and children and teenagers!

Every resident and visitor of the district is invited to Kalnciems on August 31st,to celebrate the Lielupe Riverside Festival together. With various sports activities,creative workshops, musical performances, and much more, we will celebrateKalnciems' 75th anniversary.

In the early morning, we will wake up Lielupe with SUP board excursions,continue with sports games, creative activities, capture beautiful photomoments, disappear into numerous soap bubbles, paint by the riverbank, and afterthe festival concert, we will sail illuminated boats along the Lielupe coast.Our friends VH Nibbles and the Eastern cuisine restaurant “Fei-fei” will take care of deliciousfood and drinks.
