Shrovetide at the Summer House

The Rainis and Aspazija Summer House (Jurmala, Jānis Pliekšāns Street 5/7) invites families and children on February 8th at 11:00 AM to visit the museum for a spring anticipation workshop and Shrovetide celebrations.

During the event, children will have the opportunity to get acquainted with Rainis and Aspazija's poems, solve riddles, create their own musical instruments, and bake pies.

To introduce children to the museum as a creative and active place where they can not only learn but also play, young visitors will be able to go from house to house, bringing music to the museum with their handmade instruments, and engage in lively games.

Event duration: 2 hours and 30 minutes.
