On February 28 at 7:00 PM, Ance Krauze's concert "Don't Hold Me Back When I Walk Through the Meadows" will take place at the Ogre Municipality Cultural Center.
The beloved singer Ance Krauze, along with her accompanying band, has prepared a heartfelt concert program. It will feature several premieres of new songs written especially for Ance, as well as popular songs by Raimonds Pauls, Jānis Lūsēns, Jānis Strazds, Zigmar Liepiņš, and other composers, including lively traditional songs from Ance's repertoire. Concert attendees will experience a wide range of emotions, as the program includes both contemplative and melancholic, as well as energetic and cheerful songs, inviting everyone to sing along from the heart.
Joining Ance on stage will be composer Jānis Strazds (keyboards), Zintis Žvarts (saxophones), Kristens Kupčs (acoustic and electric guitar), Aivars Meijers (bass guitar), Ainis Zavackis (percussion), and Zane Biķe-Slišāne (backing vocals).
