NGO Honoring Event ''Sprēslīca''
On October 31st at 18:00 at Balvi Manor, 47 Brīvības Street, the association ''Ritineitis'' invites you to the closing event of the project and NGO honoring event ''Sprēslīca''. The event will honor non-governmental organizations of Northern Latgale, active communities, and residents who conscientiously work in their field, promoting the development of the non-governmental sector in the region, as well as enhancing the recognition of Northern Latgale, popularizing examples of good practices, and strengthening local patriotism. The event will be enriched by Varis Vētra with a concert program ''Selling wind and still more horses to come...''.
