By participating in this event for health and well-being improvement, you help not only yourself but also all people and the environment. No previous preparation or skills are necessary to participate. The event facilitator will explain everything in more detail.

Donations are welcome at the entrance. The event will last approximately an hour. Please inform us in advance of your attendance so that we can specify the number of participants.
