Pegaza Courtyard celebrates its 3rd anniversary, and the now traditional Pegaza festival will take place this year on August 16th with a thematic focus – “Picnic in Urban Nature”.
In Liepāja, a city situated between the sea, a lake, and forests, the balance between urban and natural environments is very important. This time, Pegaza Courtyard will transform into a setting where nature, creativity, and technology meet, and where children, youths, and adults can gain new knowledge, participate in various activities, and spend their free time meaningfully.
Starting at 2:00 PM, you will have the opportunity to test your skills in various games and challenges prepared by "Color Carousel".
From 3:00 PM, several educational workshops will take place at Pegaza Courtyard - from microbiology to robotics, offered by Liepāja ZIIC.
An artistic workshop “Pin Caught in the Wind” will also be offered by artist Agnese Rudzīte. This will be an opportunity to give a second life to old textiles, transforming them into an impressive accessory.
Meanwhile, at 6:00 PM, Eva Ločmele and Dans Jansons will invite youths and adults to test their knowledge in the quiz game "90% Intuition - 10% Mind. Green Version".

Prizes for this quiz have been provided by our supporters - "Jānis Roze" bookstore, "AUCH Liepāja" salon, "Brain Games" games, and "Gusto" cosmetics manufacturer.
The day’s program will be complemented by Liepāja’s vocal arts studio “STARI” ensembles together with leader Laura Bulava, and in the evening from 9:00 PM, we will indulge in dancing at the Festive Party with the Ventspils big band under the direction of Renārs Lācis.
