Summer Solstice Celebration in Ķegums 2024

On June 21st at 18:00 in Ķegums Park, join the Summer Solstice Celebration with the folk ensemble “Josta” from Lielvārde.

During the Summer Solstice celebration, we will engage in magical wreath weaving, bonfire preparation, cheese making, herb pouch crafting, drawing, and learning games workshops.

After the workshops, we will participate in a communal Midsummer ritual with bonfires, games, and dances, joyously celebrating Ķegums together!

Additionally, there will be an opportunity to purchase Midsummer Eve treats for the festive table.
