The French-Latvian folk-electro duo "He and She" is formed by French saxophonist, multi-instrumentalist, and composer Fred Hormain and Latvian saxophonist and violinist Ilze Lejiņa. The duo is based in France, but every summer they travel to Latvia with the aim of visiting all Latvian cities to perform.
The duo Synergy, consisting of cellist and singer Madara Fogelmane and kokle player Marte Līce, has just released their debut album Light. It is a deeply personal and intuitive journey of emotions crafted over two years of creative collaboration – from silence to climax, from inner exploration to deep, universal peace.
