Running and Hiking Competition “THREE BRIDGES”

We invite all sports enthusiasts and hiking fans on June 28 at 11:00 AM to the running and hiking competition “THREE BRIDGES”.

Let's run and walk the popular Lord's paths in the city of Mazsalaca, which meander along the Salaca River in Northern Vidzeme, explore the Valtenberga Manor and its park, as well as the trails of the Skaņkalne Livonian Hillfort and Skaņākalna Nature Park.

After the competition, participants and their supporters will have the opportunity to enjoy a sweet treat and drink prepared by the “Nature Calls Us” team, suited to the weather conditions.

Competition program:

Participant registration and number issuance from 10:00 AM to 10:50 AM
11:00 AM start of the little tots' distance, without time control;
11:10 AM start of the children's distance, without time control;
11:20 AM start of the health and sports distance for running and hiking, with time control;
Around 1:00 PM awards ceremony.   

Start/finish near Valtenberga Manor – at the letters MAZSALACA.

Each participant can choose a suitable distance:

Little tots' (up to 7 years old) distance up to 200 m;
Children's (up to 10 years old) distance up to 1 km;
Health distance for running and hiking up to 6 km;
Sports distance for running up to 12 km.
