Smārde Parish Festival 2025

The Smārde Festival offers a vibrant day for the whole family – with exciting attractions, creative activities, and a festive atmosphere all day long! At the heart of the event will be a large market where you can meet local craftsmen, home producers, and gardening enthusiasts. You will have the opportunity not only to purchase beautiful and delicious creations but also to gain practical knowledge in a gardening lecture with an experienced landscape architect.

The younger visitors will delight in inflatable attractions, face painting, and an exciting motorcycle wheel simulator. Even more adventures await in the Wind Garden, where you can play wooden games, leave wishes on a special tree, and challenge yourself on the Pump Track course.

Sports enthusiasts will have the chance to participate in various individual disciplines, culminating in a festive award ceremony. Creativity and a sense of community will be expressed in the environmental object contest, where local residents have created unique works throughout the parish area.

The day's climax will be a festive procession, where participants are invited to be creative and united in their presentation. In the evening, the beloved Latvian rock band LINGA will take the main stage, preceded by dance group performances and a joint concert in the spirit of garden festivities.

The festival will conclude with a grand lottery and the announcement of the environmental object contest winners.
