Užava Parish Festival

Thinking about where to go with friends and family to celebrate summer? Ventspils District offers festivals in all its parishes, and everyone is welcome to Užava as well.

The Užava Parish Festival will start on July 19 with an evening orientation at 19:00. The buzz will continue on July 20 at the “People's Garden” meeting house. Festival activities will kick off early in the morning at 6:00 with a fishing competition.

At 10:00, a festival procession from Užava School to the meeting house. Throughout the day, various sporting activities for both young and old, a volleyball tournament, and team relays. Children will have inflatable attractions. The amateur theater performance by “Masks”. We will honor the elder Užava residents, cradle the newborns, and award the winners of sports activities. Following that, a festival concert and to conclude, a green ball with Artūrs Bānis.
