State Celebration Ball

On November 16 at 9:00 PM, everyone is cordially invited to the 'State Celebration Ball' at Ventspils Cultural Center. The attractive musical accompaniment will be provided by the music group 'Tirkizband' from Jelgava. Meanwhile, the dancers of the middle-aged dance group 'Strautuguns' will present festive folk dance demonstrations.

This will be the second of six 'Ball Marathon' balls, where each visitor will receive a stamp in their 'Ball Marathon Passport' (remember to bring it with you!!!). In brief about the rules, anyone who attends at least 4 out of 6 balls organized by the Cultural Center will participate in the 'Ventspils Goodies Basket' draw, which will take place at the season's closing ball in April.

As usual, between the dances, we invite you to enjoy beautiful and thematic performances and participate in interesting activities.

The roots of 'Tirkizband' can be traced back to the show 'Choir Wars 2', where personalities and friends - Erita Karlsone, Uldis Timma, Gundars Caune, who have proven themselves individually in various musical projects and ensembles, created a common musical entity. Actively working in the recording studio, we continue to create music and fulfill the group's goals - to deliver true emotions and inspiration.
