November 18 is a time that brings people together from all corners of Latviain various festive events. Lāpu walks, celebrations, and concertsare also offered in Valka.
In the Valka City Cultural Center,attendees will be delighted by the Latvian Radio Big Band,conductor Kārlis Vanags, and soloist Paula Saija. The concert will take place on November 17from 5:00 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.
The State Celebration Concert for the residents and guests of Valka districtis presented by the Chancellery of the Latvian State President in cooperationwith SJSC “Latvian Concerts”.
Both locals and visitors are invited.
