Summer Sports Games 2025

With the motto “Faster, Higher, Stronger – Together” on August 29th this year, the Rēzekne Municipality Employees' Summer Sports Games 2025 will be held in Lūznava, Lūznava Parish.

We invite employees of Rēzekne Municipality and association administrations, members of the Rēzekne Municipal Council, as well as representatives of administrative units to participate in the event. The aim of the sports games is not only to promote physical activity and strengthen team spirit but also to unite the staff of municipal institutions in an informal, active atmosphere.

Teams will consist of up to 6 participants – 3 women and 3 men (minimum age of participants is 18 years).

Participants will have the opportunity to compete in various disciplines, testing their endurance, agility, and team skills:

• “Black Hole”;
• “Solstice”;
• “Surveyors' Times”;
• “Robin Hood's Arrows”;
• “Laundry Day”;
• “In the Net: Birth of a Legend”;
• “Over the Mountains”;
• “2×2=5”;
• “Fast and Furious”;
• “Fisherman's Son”;
• “The Turnip”.

At the opening of the competition, we will invite participants to present their team.

The top 3 teams will be awarded with commemorative prizes and medals.
