The Vienna Boys' Choir (Wiener Sängerknaben) was founded in 1498 and has maintained its high standards of vocal artistry for over 500 years. Their performances are always distinguished by the highest level of professionalism, clear and pure sound, as well as deeply felt emotional expression.
The Vienna Boys' Choir performs on the world's largest stages. The ensemble regularly collaborates with world-renowned conductors such as Riccardo Muti, Zubin Mehta, and many others, as well as top-tier orchestras, including the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra and the London Symphony Orchestra. The choir participates in international concert tours, aimed at introducing audiences to Austria's cultural heritage and providing them with an impressive dose of positive energy and inspiration.
Many outstanding figures in the music and art world began their careers in the Vienna Boys' Choir, including Joseph Haydn, Franz Schubert, and Hans Richter.
