“Winter Journeys”

On Friday, February 21st, at 7:00 PM, a concert “Winter Journeys” will take place at Vecpiebalga Manor, in Inesi.

Violinist Anita Balčuna, singer Nauris Indzeris, and pianist Helēna Laukmane offer a musical journey. From elegant France to fiery Spain. From aristocratic Austria to the harshly sentimental Norway. Compare the romanticism of Latvia with the temperament of Italy. The concert program includes popular and beloved pieces of academic music from around the world. Opera, operetta, serenade, Neapolitan songs to sing along with, well-known violin pieces that, like flipping through a photo album, take the listener through various places and emotions.
