Daugava Museum Add an Object

Daugava Museum is located on Dole Island, half an hour away from Riga, in the Salaspils municipality. The museum, which covers the oldest and economic history of the Daugava River in the territory of Latvia, is housed in a 19th-century manor house surrounded by a beautiful historic park on the banks of the Daugava River. A part of the museum is also an ethnographic fishermen's settlement, where visitors can explore reconstructed fishing traps, small fishing tools, and daily life.
