Kemeri National Park Add an Object
Kemeri National Park was established in 1997 to preserve natural and cultural-historical values, as well as to protect the processes of mineral water and therapeutic mud formation. The park is home to plants listed in Latvia's Red Book, as well as rare and protected bird species in Europe, such as sea eagles, bitterns, cranes, swans, and various animals. Three eco-trails have been created in the park: the Great Kemeri Bog Boardwalk (closed to visitors for technical reasons), the Dumbrava Trail, and the Sloka Lake Trail, which can be explored independently or with a guide.
