Monument to Krišjānis Barons Add an Object
Krišjānis Barons (born 1835. year on October 31st in Strutele Manor and died in 1923. year on March 8th in Riga), also known as the Father of Folk Songs, was a Latvian folklorist, writer and publicist. He was one of the representatives of the Young Latvian movement.
