Lake Cieceres Add an Object
Proglacial lake which is located in a furrow, Latvia's most expressive example of this type of lake. In some places lake is being confused with a river.
Lake Cieceres and it's surroundings are one of the most beautiful places in Saldus district. With an already protected called "Ozoli" which has formed in the middle of the lake.
Since 1923, it has been a natural monument, but since 1999 - a nature reserve.
