Art Gallery Laipa has been operating in Valmiera since 1993. Its goal is to promote various forms of art in the Vidzeme region and make them accessible to local residents. Meanwhile, Art Gallery Laipa is a place to safely escape from the daily routines and explore opportunities to enhance one's erudition in a wide range of cultural fields – the exploration of art creation processes, cultural history, music, and many other phenomena of human creative thought.
