Moscow House Add an Object

The initiators of the Moscow House project in Riga were the Mayor of Moscow, Y. Luzhkov, and at that time the Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Latvia, A. Udalcov. The goal was to create a Russian and Moscow cultural and business center in the capital of Latvia, which could serve as a basis for fostering positive cooperation between the two countries and their capitals.
