Mausoleum Add an Object
The mausoleum was opened on January 18, 1832, as the burial place of the Fittinghof family. The building is interesting with its neoclassical features and was designed by the Lower Silesian architect Krauze. Semi-circular monumental granite stairs with six steps connect the ground level with the floor of the mausoleum. The basement rooms, built radially along the walls, contained the burial chambers. They are now cemented over, as they were previously vandalized.
