Monument to Fallen Sailors Add an Object

The monument to fallen sailors and fishermen is a landmark of the city from the beach side. As usual, during the years of occupation, it was given an ideological aura. Now it is apolitical and honors all those who perished in the Baltic Sea, not only Soviet naval sailors. In memory of a US aircraft shot down by Soviet military personnel, there is another commemorative plaque adorning it along with the crew.
