Riga Circus Add an Object
Riga Circus is a circus that was opened in 1888 in Riga.
The first owner of the circus was horse trainer Aleksandrs Salomonskis, and the circus itself was named after him (known as Salomonskis Circus). The current architect of the circus building is Jānis Frīdrihs Baumanis.
In 1899, Trofims Meiers became the first Latvian to perform at the Riga Circus arena.
