ANCIENT FAMILY TREE HOUSE Add an Object

The first floor features an exhibition of ancient family trees from our region. It was created by Nellija Nurmika, a respected cultural worker in our region and the head of the Northern Vidzeme Office of the Latvian Cultural Foundation. Here you can see truly impressive family trees of the most well-known residents of the Mazsalaca district. Right next door is the Hunting Trophy Exhibition, a gift from Modra Šteinberga. It showcases antlers of various sizes, birds, and animals found in Latvian forests. On the second floor is the donation of Ilga Andersons, who currently lives in Canada - 1300 souvenirs and toy mice. Big or small, singing, dancing, practical, or luxurious, they will delight visitors of all ages to the museum.
