Saint Nicholas Orthodox Church in Ventspils Add an Object

The history of the Orthodox Church in Ventspils is associated not only with the white stone temple built in the Russian Byzantine style, whose twin sister is now located in Valga, Estonia (architect V. Lunskis). The restoration works are currently actively taking place in the Saint Nicholas Church in Ventspils - 18 zinc-crafted icons are being restored on the facade (with the support of the State Cultural Capital Fund), and the first of the five brilliantly gilded church domes is the most visible sign of the church's revival.
