Internationally renowned expert in modern etiquette and protocol Ivan Artsishevsky (Russia, St Petersburg) will conduct his signature master class in Riga for the first time. It will take place on 17 May at the Radisson Blu Daugava Hotel.
Master class objectives:
• to enhance cultural competence for business and social interaction;
• to acquire practical skills in applying international business etiquette standards;
• to help participants create an effective business atmosphere within their team, improve the quality and efficiency of their work, and establish an additional competitive advantage for their company.
