At the end of December 2017, Santa Garšniece, a representative of the Park Residence apartment project, ceremonially presented Anastasia Yagodkina, an employee of “VIP Real”, with a certificate—a EUR 3,000 travel prize to any destination in the world—as the best-selling agent for one of the most sought-after residential projects in Jūrmala at the time—Park Residence.
