CVG Team Takes 3rd Place in the “Ventspils IT Challenge 2020” Technology Competition

Students from Class 8b of Cēsis State Gymnasium, Mārcis Andersons, Miķelis Kočāns and Marta Valnere, took part in the “Ventspils IT Challenge 2020” technology competition.
In the first round of the competition, the team had to complete and submit the tasks prepared by the organisers (homework). The team took first place in the first round.
The competition final took place online. In the first part of the final, the participants had to complete a test covering various questions related to the IT sector. In the second part, they had to complete practical tasks.
In the overall standings, the team took 3rd place in Group C (Grades 7 to 9).
