A concert featuring yoga demonstrations by children and adults will take place in Daugavpils

On Sunday, 21 October, from 12:00 to 13:00, the "ATMA" yoga school will open its doors to everyone interested in discovering the appeal of yoga for children and adults, meeting the teachers and, if desired, registering for classes.

Iyengar yoga is the precise holding of asanas in the body's natural position. Our demonstrations will show not only yoga practice for different ages and levels, but also how creative and inspiring yoga classes can be!

This year, 100 years have passed since the birth of the outstanding teacher B.K.S. Iyengar, and our concert programme will be dedicated to him.

We look forward to seeing you at the concert on 21 October at 19 Kandavas Street (3rd floor), Daugavpils.
