New Radisson hotel group regional director appointed for Sweden and the Baltics

This week, Radisson Group announced that Daniel Kraft has been appointed the international hotel group’s new regional director for Sweden and the Baltics, taking up the new position on 1 September 2019. Daniel Kraft is a strong leader with extensive experience in the hospitality sector. Until now, he has served as regional revenue optimization director in the Radisson hotel group’s revenue management division for Northern Europe.

Daniel Kraft joined the Radisson hotel group in 2013 and helped establish the group’s revenue office in Stockholm with a strong team that now comprises more than 20 team members from more than 30 hotels. As the head of his team, Daniel has been responsible for overall revenue management in the Northern Europe region. As regional director, Kraft will henceforth be responsible for all Radisson hotel group hotels in Sweden and the Baltics, including Riga, and will work closely with their general managers to ensure an impeccable customer service experience and further enhance the quality of the services offered by each hotel.

Before joining the Radisson hotel group, Daniel Kraft was First Hotels’ director of revenue management and distribution, and before that he worked for 10 years at Norwegian, British Airways and SAS in route and revenue management, as well as sales and business development. He holds a master’s degree from Jönköping International Business School and University in Sweden.

Daniel will henceforth work at the Radisson hotel group’s regional office in Stockholm, will be part of the Nordic management team and will report to the Senior Vice President of the Northern Europe region.
